STORY OF SUCCESS STARTED OVER 25 YEARS AGO

Apple Sauce, Inc. opened our first Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar in 1992, and founded a business based on goals and ambitions. Since then we have steadily grown in size and diversity to become a major franchisee in the Applebee’s system. A part of this growth has been the acquisition of the Chicago market in 1998. This lead to the formation of, and partnership with, AppleIllinois, LLC.

Today, Apple Sauce, Inc./AppleIllinois, LLC owns and operates 79 Applebee’s in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Florida. Our corporate headquarters are located in Crestview Hills, KY and we have regional offices in Ft. Wayne, IN, Chicago, IL, and Miami, FL.
